The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band is a three-piece American country blues band from Brown County, Indiana, living in a rural area north of Nashville, Ind., and south of Bean Blossom. They play more than 250 dates per year at venues ranging from bars to festivals. To date, they have released eight albums and one EP. On March 10, 2017 they released their newest album The Front Porch Sessions on their Family Owned label.
"The Dead" is the final story in the 1914 collection Dubliners by James Joyce. The other stories in the collection are shorter, whereas at 15,952 words, The Dead is long enough to be described as a novella.
