The Tubes are a San Francisco-based rock band. Their eponymous 1975 debut album included the single "White Punks on Dope," while their 1983 single "She's a Beauty" was a top-10 U.S. hit and its music video was frequently played in the early days of MTV. The band also performed in the 1980 film Xanadu, singing the rock portion of the cross-genre song "Dancin'" opposite a big band.

Destiny Nicole Frasqueri, better known by her stage name Princess Nokia is an American rapper of Afro-Puerto Rican descent. She began gaining online attention through songs such as "G.O.A.T" and "Tomboy", releasing her mixtape 1992 Deluxe in September 2017. She is known for her collaboration with New York City hip hop group Ratking and their member Wiki. In addition to becoming a rapper and collaborating with Ratking, she is also very well known for her feminist collective Smart Girl Club. Nokia says she co-founded the group with Milah Libin "so I could have my own space when I was co-existing within a lot of white cis male spaces. . . where I could talk about urban feminism, sexuality, relationships, spirituality, music, art, and interview people and laugh and make fun of myself". Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican classical guitar duo whose music is influenced by a number of genres including nuevo flamenco, rock, and heavy metal. The duo's recordings consist largely of instrumental duets on the flamenco guitar. Currently residing in Mexico City, they began their career in Dublin, Ireland, during an eight-year stay. They have released five studio albums, three live albums and one EP. In 2011 they collaborated with Hans Zimmer on the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides soundtrack while also contributing to the soundtrack for the Shrek prequel Puss in Boots. They have toured internationally and in May 2010, performed at The White House for President Barack Obama.

She released her debut album, Love Stuff on February 17, 2015. The album produced the US top 10 single "Ex's & Oh's", which earned her two Grammy Award nominations. King has also toured with acts such as Of Monsters and Men, Train and Michael Kiwanuka. She is the daughter of actor and comedian Rob Schneider and former model London King. She currently resides in Los Angeles.

Christopher Alvin Stapleton is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. Born and raised in Kentucky, Stapleton moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he started a career as a songwriter, contributing to the repertoire of numerous artists. As a vocalist, Stapleton led two music groups before releasing three studio albums as a soloist. His musical styles, which incorporate a wide variety of genres, include country music, Southern rock and bluegrass.

Dwight David Yoakam is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and actor, known for his pioneering style of country music. First becoming popular in the mid-1980s, Yoakam has recorded more than twenty albums and compilations, charted more than thirty singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, and sold more than 25 million records. He has recorded five Billboard #1 albums, twelve gold albums, and nine platinum albums, including the triple-platinum This Time.

Pert Near Sandstone is a bluegrass/newgrass band from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, and part of the Minnesota Roots Music scene that includes contemporaries Charlie Parr, Trampled By Turtles, and 4onthefloor. Pert Near Sandstone has recorded six full length albums since 2004, and have toured the United States extensively. Former full-time member Ryan Young plays fiddle with Trampled By Turtles. Dave Simonett of Trampled By Turtles has cited Pert Near Sandstone as one of his favorite contemporary bluegrass acts in the United States. Pert Near Sandstone have shared the stage with many legendary musical talents such as Ralph Stanley, Del McCoury, Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers, Wilco, and Yonder Mountain Stringband.
