Clutch is an American rock band from Frederick, Maryland, originating in Germantown, Maryland. Its four members met while in high school in Germantown and consider themselves a Frederick-based band where they write/rehearse for every album/tour. Since its formation in 1991, the band line-up has included Neil Fallon, Tim Sult, Dan Maines and Jean-Paul Gaster. To date, Clutch has released eleven studio albums, and several rarities and live albums. Since 2008 the band have been signed to their own record label, Weathermaker.

Blending elements of psychedelic rock and progressive rock, the band were initially active in the 1980s London free-festival scene and featured several members who went on to subsequent projects including Ring, Levitation and The Milk And Honey Band. Rend Collective is a Northern Irish Christian folk rock worship band originating from Bangor, Northern Ireland. Circa Survive is an American rock band from the Philadelphia suburb of Doylestown, formed in 2004. The band, led by Anthony Green, consists of former members from Saosin, This Day Forward, and Taken. Circa Survive quickly made a name for themselves in the indie music scene in little over two years with their 2005 debut album, Juturna, and second album, On Letting Go, released in 2007. Both albums were released on Equal Vision Records. Their third album, Blue Sky Noise, was released via Atlantic Records in 2010. After parting ways with Atlantic Records, the band's fourth album, Violent Waves, was released independently in 2012. Their fifth album, Descensus, was released by Sumerian Records in 2014, and their sixth, The Amulet, with Hopeless Records in October 2017.

Gouge Away is an American punk rock band based in Florida that formed in 2012. The band is influenced by post-hardcore and noise rock bands such as The Jesus Lizard, Fugazi, Unwound, The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower and Nirvana. Gouge Away released its debut album, Dies in 2016 to underground acclaim, and released its second album Burnt Sugar through Deathwish Inc. in 2018.
