• The teacher who propped open a door at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde closed it when she realized a gunman was on the loose, police said Tuesday.
• However, the door still didn’t lock.
• Texas state police leaders had initially said that the door remained propped open by a rock and that Salvador Ramos, 18, used it to enter the school before massacring 19 children and two teachers inside.
• However, an investigation later revealed that the teacher removed the rock and closed the door before Ramos entered the building, Travis Considine of the Texas Department of Public Safety said Tuesday.
