CONWAY, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BancorpSouth Bank, a division of Cadence Bank, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) have awarded $750,000 in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funds to construct a 42-unit facility that serves men 21 and up, who are recovering from substance abuse.
